The Burnout Reset

Recovering from burnout takes more than a weekend off. It requires rest, yes—but also reevaluating your relationship with work, boundaries, and meaning.
Ask yourself: “What drains me most? What restores me most?”

Begin by reducing or delegating draining tasks where possible, and prioritizing restorative ones. Burnout recovery also involves reconnecting with purpose—why you do what you do. A true reset is not quick, but it’s deeply possible.

Note: recovering from burnout takes time. You are replenishing coping and resilience tanks that went far into the red zone. It is like planting a seed and allowing it time to grow.
