Social Media Boundaries

Social media keeps us connected, but constant exposure can also drain our mental energy. Try setting a daily limit on scrolling, for instance, start with 20 minutes less than your usual time. Use that reclaimed time to grab a snack, read, journal, call someone, do a grocery inventory, clean a space in your home, fold/organize laundry, or move your body. Notice how your mood shifts when you consciously choose what you consume instead of letting algorithms decide for you. This will not be easy, but you can do hard things.
